Integrated Signage Solutions (ISS) and Limited Space have completed terms, resulting in the consolidation and integration of the businesses. The enlarged company, which has been renamed the Limited Space Media Group, will offer and provide media networks and venue based brand communication to retail and out of home environments in the UK and overseas.

The group will continue to grow its close working relationship with both NEC and Real Digital Media as part of its ongoing strategy. Matt Gordon and Samantha Sida, co-founders of Limited Space, will join Robert Lomnitz, Chairman, and David Da Costa, CEO, on the board and continue to be central to the management team of the new group, taking on roles as COO and Strategy Director respectively

The group head office will remain based in London and the Poole operations will continue to grow and support the company’s activities. Additional staff and resource will be sourced in order to deliver the significant growth plans of the business.

ISS supplies the retail and outdoor space with digital screen technology. Established in 2011, the company’s expertise is in monetising and providing end-to-end solutions for convergent branded digital networks, supplying digital and mobile technology, content development and network management, operations, advertising sales and campaign management as a fully managed service. The company acquired Wonderworks Media and other related assets in November 2012.  
 
NEC provides the hardware assets across the groups businesses as well as providing its pivotal VUKUNET ad serving technology, which is used across the organisation’s owned and customer networks. RDM provides the best in breed NEOCAST CMS technology that is used for the group’s integrated communications platform.
