CBS Outdoor International appoints new International Franchise Development Director
CBS Outdoor International continues to strengthen franchise team
London, 16 January 2012 – CBS Outdoor International (CBSOI) today announces that Jo Morris is to join the company as International Franchise Development Director, responsible for implementing the franchise strategy of CBSOI and its markets. The appointment comes following the expansion of CBSOI’s franchise and asset division as it continues to strengthen its offering in this area.
Previously, Jo held the position of Head of Commercialisation at Land Securities Plc the UK’s largest commercial property company, where she created a centralised commercial team, doubling gross annual income in less than three years, across 26 UK based shopping centres and 20 retail parks.
In her new role at CBSOI, her responsibilities will include developing a diversified inventory portfolio, maintaining a stable platform from which to deliver growth and development and defining a franchise strategy that meets the key business and financial objectives for stakeholder groups.
